Bearsforlife Kicked out of BMJ?

The Phillies GM Bearsforlife could be kicked out of BMJ. In a post Bears mad about extending extentions Bears was complaining about the fact that there is no time to do extensions. It got to the point after much talking in the discussion that one commissioner Stratford said
"That's it Bears. I've had enough. This league has put up with your crap for too. It's something new every other week. I'm bringing up your membership here at BMJ to the League Council and the board of Commissioners. We will vote on your membership in the league and a consensus will be made as to if you can stay with us. We will let you know by Sunday."
Bears has been in BMJ since the beginning of BMJ 2.0 when he was the D-Backs GM. As the D-Backs he had much success as he made it to the playoffs 12 times out of the 13 seasons in BMJ 2.0. After the new BMJ was made BMJ 3.0 Bears headed to Philly and hasnt had much success there. Since Bears became the GM the Phills have made the playoffs once and have had only 2 winning seasons.
