The Giants GM rleased this statement shortly after the trade,"Yeah I've heard how "loaded" the draft class is and everything but figured this was my chance to cash in. I don't think Sale is a beast by any stretch but he can be very serviceable at CF and for a CF has a pretty good bat I'd say. My team lacks power atm, but Sale can certainly help there. This could hurt me in a few years depending how the pick works out, but Sale is a sure thing and at only 25, will contribute for a while. The 3 add ins are really of no consequence to me. I liked Aredondo's eye but that's about it."
